About Lancaster Animal Project
Our History
Lancaster Animal Project is a 501(c)(3) that was founded in 2014 by a husband and wife who saw a need to help the unwanted animals in our community. TLAP has a spay/neuter grant program as well as a program to care for the animals of domestic violence survivors while they get back on their feet.
